SHIPPING OF ALL ORDERS IS VIA FEDEX GROUND

All products are shipped from our United States California Sales and Distribution Center by FedEx Ground.
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt, provided the product is currently in stock. We will notify you by email if there is likely to be a delay in processing the order, and will always email you after shipping with a FedEx tracking number.
(Please note: we currently ship to all contiguous 48 states and Alaska, only. Anyone outside of this area wishing to order may Contact Us to request a special quotation for shipping rates outside of these regions).

HOW LONG DOES IS TAKE FOR A PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

FedEx Ground commits to delivery in one to five business days within the 48 states, depending on the distance from our Distribution Center to destination. Packages to Alaska, arrive in three to seven business days.

RETURNS POLICY FOR OUR PRODUCTS

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS

We will replace product(s), covered by our WARRANTIES (CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS), absolutely free of charge, by sending a replacement for the defective product(s). In the event of any of our product(s) being defective, the customer need simply contact us online, and request a Returns Authorization Number, which will be emailed to them.
