LIFETIME WARRANTY

We warrant all the Polyurethane Bushings supplied by us to be free of defects in materials and workmanship (excluding those arising from abuse, neglect, or improper installation) for the entire time the vehicle is in the possession and ownership of the original purchaser of the product(s). We will replace the product(s) only, absolutely free of charge, by sending a replacement for the defective product(s). In the event of any of the product(s) supplied by us being defective, the customer need simply contact us online, and request a Returns Authorization, which will be emailed to them, the faulty part must then be returned to us in terms of the instructions in the Returns Authorization.
IMPORTANT: As third party distributors for these products, we cannot guarantee their suitability for the use to which they will be put, nor can we provide detailed information as to how they should be fitted and installed, and will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of their use or installation, however occasioned. The installation and use of these products is entirely at the risk of the purchaser, who must not rely on any information or advice offered or given by us, but must take the proper steps to install the products in the manner recommended by a properly qualified repair shop or professional mechanic only. PRODUCTS SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE ABOVE LIFETIME WARRANTY:

1) The drive shaft coupling kits ADUS 524 and ADUS 525 for the Toyota Previa, which carry a 6 Months or 6,000 Miles Warranty whichever occurs earlier.
2) All other products supplied by us, which are not Polyurethane Bushings, such as fan brackets, coils etc. These carry a 12 months or 12,000 Miles Warranty, whichever occurs earlier.
